The Sparkle Promise Portland Locals Love
Hi there! We’re your neighborhood cleaners, or as we lovingly call ourselves: your Sparklers. We’ve been putting a shine on the countertops and floorboards of homes in NW Portland all the way to West Linn/Lake Oswego for 20+ years.
At this point, we’ve cleaned just about everything, from custom high-end finishes to the classic Portland Craftsman home, which means our systems are tried and true and our standards meticulous. We’re proud to say that because of this, we have a 99% satisfaction rate, and our clients stay with us for years. They know exactly what they are getting: consistent, reliable, eco-friendly Portland house cleaning from Sparklers that genuinely care.
No Contracts
(we know you’ll be back!)
We don’t do contracts on purpose. We believe we should earn your happiness every single visit. That mindset keeps our Sparklers a little obsessed (in the best way) with delivering on the details.
Consistent Communication + Care
Because communication is everything, after each cleaning, you’ll get a quick 20-second survey to keep an open conversation. It’s how we confidently stand behind our 100% Sparkle Guarantee.
The 100% Sparkle Guarantee
If anything isn’t up to our meticulous standards, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to re-clean it for free. Hopefully, that puts your mind at ease because that’s our goal with all cleaning services.

Meet The Sparklers
The people who make your home feel fresh by delighting in the details.
Our clients tell us over and over again how much they value knowing the people who care for their homes. Because when someone is in your space, you want to feel comfortable, respected, and taken care of. That is exactly why we invest in our Sparklers the way we do.
Every Sparkler is highly-trained and supported with industry leading compensation and benefits, including sick pay, vacation pay, and health benefits. It’s simple: When our people are cared for, our clients are cared for. You feel it in the quality of every clean and sparkling corner.
This was our first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and we are so glad that we went with Sparkling Palaces! From the initial walkthrough with Amy, we knew our home was in good hands. Khierra and Kestrel did such an amazing job for the initial cleaning! The care and detail in the cleaning are very noticeable. We have two long-haired cats and haven’t seen cat hair anywhere (including their cat tree). Thank you so much, Khierra and Kestrel, for taking such good care of our home.

We’ve been wowed by the detailed every other week cleaning of our house by Sparkling Palaces for more than a decade. Our current Sparkler, Rylee, is so consistent, positive and detail-oriented! We trust this company implicitly, love the “extra sparkles,” and enjoy knowing they employ green practices and provide great benefits to their valuable employees.
– Alex
We’ve worked with Sparkling Palaces for several months now and they are awesome. Our house looks way better after a cleaning and they do such a thorough job. It is so nice to come home after a Sparkling Palaces visit and get to enjoy a clean home. Shout out to Hallie and Alicia for their work—we have three pets and I know it can’t be easy, but they do a great job.

We Love Portland
Giving back is part of who we are. Each month, one of our Sparklers chooses a local charity or non-profit to receive a donation from Sparkling Palaces. Some of the past organizations include Portland Street Medicine, Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, The Native American Youth and Family Center and DePave.
We believe a clean home can ripple out into a kinder community making the world a better place.
FAQs
Do You Offer Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products?
Yes! Part of having a safe and healthy home is knowing that the cleaning supplies being used are both non-toxic and effective. All of our green cleaning products are safe, eco-friendly, and effective at eliminating germs.
And don’t worry about your furry friends. They are also safe for pets! (and the planet)
Can I Request the Same Sparkler Each Visit?
Our schedulers will strive to send the same Sparkler or team to a client’s home, but this comes with the caveat due to how great our benefits are! A regular Sparkler may not be available due to having a paid sick or vacation day, or taking advantage of their health insurance and going to acupuncture or therapy during the day.
That said, you can rest easy knowing that all of our Sparklers are trained to the same cleaning standard and our work orders allow even a Sparkler who’s never been to a client’s house before to see the notes about the room layout, the details pertinent to all the dry work, wet work, special client requests and additional notes custom to the home and the clients and their pets, in order to provide the same level of service.
Do You Clean Homes in Lake Oswego and West Linn Too?
Yes! We offer cleaning services all over Northwest Portland, West Linn and Lake Oswego. You can check out our Service Areas page to view a map!
What Makes Sparkling Palaces Different From Other Portland Cleaning Services?
We’ve spent over 20 years building relationships with our clients and the community, so it’s really about more than checking off a cleaning list for us. Beyond the care we have for your cleaning team so they can stay energized, we don’t have to rely on contracts to keep clients. Our exceptional service and dependability is what keeps clients coming back. Your home, our team, and the community are treated with care and we can’t wait to support you too!
How Often Should I Schedule a Professional Cleaning?
Our deep clean service is perfect for the seasonal reset or pre-event needs. That said, if you book our recurring cleaning services, we always begin the service with an initial deep clean, where we do a thorough detailed cleaning of the entire home, bringing it up to our meticulous standards. All our ongoing visits return to the home to that same immaculate level of cleanliness.
